O segundo combinado, é que seria entregue às 14h.
16:10, o veículo ainda não está pronto, precisei desmarcar compromissos, pois precisava do carro.
Falta de respeito com o cliente.
The first agreement was that the car would be ready part-time (that's because I left the bumper 1 week before at the paint shop).
The second deal is that it would be delivered at 2 pm.
16:10, the vehicle is not ready yet, I had to cancel appointments as I needed the car.
