Na data de 19 de outubro de 2021, contratei a empresa Pratika Sports para construção de uma quadra poliesportiva em minha casa de campo, que deveria ter sido concluída e entregue até o dia 20 de dezembro de 2021, pois havia sido planejado passar as férias com minha família e óbvio que seria uma das diversões para as crianças que estavam ansiosas para estrear a tão esperada quadra. Perto da data da conclusão, já percebi que teria problemas, quando minhas tentativas de contato para saber o porquê não haviam sequer começado as obras passaram a serem ignoradas. Tentei contato por telefone, celular, whatsapp, e-mail mas não obtive respostas. Até a data de hoje 12 de janeiro de 2022, não tive um telefonema sequer para pelo menos provar a boa-fé da empresa, caso houvesse um problema que justificasse o atraso, ou seja, eles nunca tiveram a intenção de realizar o serviço contratado e a empresa nada mais é que uma empresa de fachada que usa de uma estratégia convincente para atrair vítimas como eu.
Embora já esteja tomando providências legais contra a empresa, deixo meu alerta para que pessoas de bem não caiam em armadilhas de gente desonesta, golpista e porque não dizer estelionatários, que se transvestem de empresa, para dar golpes em pessoas de bem.
PRACTICE SPORTS, A FAÇADE COMPANY THAT RECEIVES THE SERVICE CONTRACTED IN ADVANCE BUT DOES NOT DELIVER THE WORK AND DOES NOT SERVE CUSTOMERS THROUGH ANY CONTACT CHANNEL. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FALL IN A SCAM, DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!
On October 19, 2021, I hired the Pratika Sports company to build a multi-sport court in my country house, which should have been completed and delivered by December 20, 2021, as it had been planned to spend the holidays with my family and obviously it would be one of the entertainments for the kids who were eager to debut the long-awaited court. Close to the completion date, I already realized that I would have problems, when my attempts to contact me to find out why the works had not even started started to be ignored. I tried to contact by phone, cell phone, whatsapp, email but got no answers. As of today, January 12, 2022, I have not had a single phone call to at least prove the company's good faith, in case there was a problem that justified the delay, that is, they never intended to perform the contracted service and the company is nothing more than a shell company that uses a convincing strategy to attract victims like me.
Although I'm already taking legal action against the company, I leave my alert so that good people do not fall into the traps of dishonest people, scammers and why not say embezzlers, who disguise themselves as a company, to give blows to good people.
