Já sou cliente a anos e só continuo pq gosto do sabor e o preço é justo, mas é rotineiro faltar algum item ou vc pedir alguma coisa e n vir oq vc pediu, as vezes vem outra coisa e ngm avisa. Fora que o atendimento presencial não usam máscara, nem luvas, a mesma mão que pega no dinheiro pegam nas colheres que Caem no alimento, muitas vezes vc vai lá estão atendendo descalças e sem roupas adequadas. Se melhorar isso fica 10 . Falta profissionalismo apenas.
The food is delicious, it comes a lot, without misery but the service is terrible! I've been a customer for years and I just keep on because I like the taste and the price is fair, but it is routine to miss something or you ask for something and don't see what you asked for, sometimes something else comes and no one tells you. Outside of the face-to-face service, they don’t wear a mask or gloves, the same hand that takes the money picks up the spoons that fall into the food, often you go there, taking care barefoot and without suitable clothes. If it improves this is 10. It just lacks professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela porque não posso dar menos. Atendimento grosso, não perguntam o que você deseja e só colocam a comida, o macarrão é requentado, e o pior de tudo, DEMOROU 2 HORAS PARA CHEGAR! Não é a primeira vez que pesso e é sempre demorado. Horrível. Não recomendo pra ninguém.
A star because I can't give less. Wholesale service, they don't ask what you want and just put the food, the pasta is reheated, and worst of all, IT TOOK 2 HOURS TO ARRIVE! It's not my first time and it always takes time. Horrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.
