★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ideia de alugar uma bike é boa mas o atendimento é pessimo!! Fazem a renovação do plano sem contato prévio. Fiz a solitacao de não renovação 30 dias antes e estão enrolando para retirar a bicicleta. Os ATENDENTES MENTEM! Agendam a retirada e não retiram. PÉSSIMO!! Vou mudar de casa e não consigo resolver isto! Só ganhei dor de cabeça e perda de tempo!! NÃO RECOMENDO!!
 The idea of renting a bike is good but the service is terrible!! Renew the plan without prior contact. I did the non-renewal request 30 days before and they are trying to get the bike out. ATTENDANTS LIE! They schedule the withdrawal and do not withdraw. TERRIBLE!! I'm moving house and I can't fix this! I just got a headache and wasted time!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COMO É IMPORTANTE LER OS COMENTÁRIOS ANTES DE QUALQUER DECISÃO, MESMO QUE A VONTADE SEJA GRANDE! NÃO RECOMENDO! O motivo já tinha sido citado aqui, mas não li. A empresa renova o plano sem contato prévio. Quando você se dá conta que seu contrato acabou (alguns dias depois), liga para cancelar o plano, mas seu contrato foi renovado automaticamente, sem sua autorização. Você questiona, segundo eles, não se pode fazer nada, pois está em uma das cláusulas do contrato. Se eu cancelar, pago multa.? NÃO RECOMENDO!!
REFERENTE À RESPOSTA ABAIXO DO PROPRIETÁRIO: Como foi informado, não li e nem mesmo assinei o contrato, e o mesmo não foi me cobrado. Portanto, não tinha o conhecimento prévio da renovação automática. FALTA DE COMUNICAÇÃO .
