★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência nessa loja foi de decepção, coprei um produto que veio com defeito fui fazer a troca e não trocaram, mandaram ligar para o fabricante Adidas que não reconhece o produto com origem da sua marca e não reconhece a loja como revendedora de seus produtos.
Passei por constragimento além de ficar com o prejuízo.
My experience at this store was one of disappointment, I copied a product that came with a defect I made the exchange and they did not exchange it, they called the Adidas manufacturer who does not recognize the product from their brand and does not recognize the store as a reseller of their products.
I went through embarrassment besides getting the injury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela pois as atendentes não entendem o real sentido de “ficar a vontade”. Poxa, como que eu posso ficar a vontade se tem uma atendente me seguindo colada pela loja inteira? Pedi com educação “moça só estou olhando mesmo, mas se precisar de alguma coisa eu te aviso”. A atendente responde “fique a vontade”, e imediatamente continua me seguindo. Falei de novo “só estou olhando qualquer coisa te aviso”. Ela responde “fique a vontade” e na mesma hora continua me seguindo. Simplesmente saí da loja. Realmente queria comprar vários itens, mas quando uma loja não consegue respeitar meu espaço e me trata como um possível criminoso fica difícil. Se foram roubados no passado é melhor criar outro sistema para evitar furtos, pois este é muito constrangedor, principalmente para quem não está acostumado com este tipo de comportamento
A star because the attendants do not understand the real meaning of "be at ease". Gee, how can I be comfortable if there's an attendant following me around the entire store? I asked politely “girl, I'm just looking, but if you need anything I'll let you know”. The attendant responds “feel free” and immediately continues following me. I said again "I'm just looking at anything I warn you". She answers "please feel free" and at the same time continues following me. I just left the store. I really wanted to buy a lot of items, but when a store doesn't respect my space and treats me as a possible criminal, it's difficult. If they were stolen in the past, it is better to create another system to prevent theft, as this is very embarrassing, especially for those who are not used to this type of behavior
