★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de informar e registrar queixa sobre o papel alumínio (rolo de 7,5m x 30cm).
Ao iniciar o rolo, o papel já estava "grudado" e não foi possível prosseguir a utilização, perdendo- o em sua totalidade. Tentei contato via e-mail para enviar fotos, mas também não obtive sucesso.
Minha preocupação é que tenho mais 2 rolos, pois comprei um "pack" com 3. Será que acontecerá isso com os outros também?
I would like to report and file a complaint about the aluminum foil (7.5m x 30cm roll).
At the start of the roll, the paper was already "stuck" and could not continue to use, losing it in its entirety. I tried to contact via email to send photos, but also was unsuccessful.
My concern is that I have 2 more rolls because I bought a pack of 3. Will this happen to the others as well?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como a maioria dos produtos brasileiros, os sacos plásticos para Freezer & Microondas são a coisa mais estúpida que uma empresa pode mandar para o marcado.
São finíssimos, rasgam quando se tenta separar pelo picotado e não têm resistência nenhuma.
Com a mira do lucro vendem produtos sem qualidade. NUNCA mais compro dos vossos produtos. Se estivessem na Europa, já nem existiriam, porque lá a qualidade é testada.
Não sei quem fabrica, mas enumero alguns produtos de péssima qualidade:
- garrafas pet
- copos descartáveis de vários tamanhos
- pratos descartáveis de vários tamanhos
- sacolas de supermercados
- sacos para congelamento
- filme para alimentos
- folha de alumínio
- etc. etc. etc...
Like most Brazilian products, Freezer & Microwave plastic bags are the stupidest thing a company can send to the brand.
They are very thin, tear when trying to separate by the perforated and have no resistance.
With the aim of profit sell products without quality. NEVER buy more of your products. If they were in Europe, they wouldn't even exist anymore, because quality is tested there.
I don't know who makes it, but I list some poor quality products:
- pet bottles
- disposable cups of various sizes
- disposable plates of various sizes
- grocery bags
- freezer bags
- food film
- aluminum foil
- etc. etc. etc...

Gostaria de colocar meu desapontamento para com vocês, fabricantes de Filmes de PVC Transparente - Marca Pratsy. Eu comprei essa semana mais um rolo PRATSY de 15 metros para uso doméstico e quando fui colocar nos porta rolos, constatei que vcs diminuiram o diâmetro do rolo de papelão duro onde o plastico é colocado e não cabe no meu porta-rolos.
Eu uso muito diariamente e, fiquei muito chateada com isso. Claro que não vou trocar o porta-rolos só porque vcs adotaram essa prática, entendo, em total desrespeito ao consumidor pois, além de tudo, na caixa só consta a quantidade do plástico em metros e largura mas, não dá o tamanho do suporte onde vem enrolado.
Eu fui comprar de outros fabricantes para ver as medidas que usam nesse rolo de papelão duro, e constatei :
- O QUE EU USAVA,WIDA - 2,9 cm
- THEOTO - 2,9 cm
- KING-PACK - 3,8 cm
Todos eles com embalagens para 15 metros de filme plástico.
E, o de vocês - 2,5 cm...o diâmetro do rolo de papelão duro ou seja, 04 mm menor que os demais, o que indica que vocês, realmente, fizeram essa mudança na fabricação . Eu já usei a marca de vcs e nunca tive problema...
Eu gostaria de saber o que vcs farão a respeito? Eu só não devolvi porque já estava aberto e provavelmente o supermercado não vai acatar a devolução por esse motivo.
Caso vcs precisem, eu posso tirar foto de todos eles. Me indiquem por onde eu poderia enviar e faço isso em seguida.
E, a propósito, eu enviei por e.mail para o SAC e para Contato e ambos voltaram por e.mail desconhecido ou incorreto... Por isso estou colocando aqui.

I would like to put my disappointment to you, manufacturers of Transparent PVC Films - Mark Pratsy. I bought this week another PRATSY roll of 15 meters for domestic use and when I went to put in the door rollers, I noticed that you have reduced the diameter of the roll of hard cardboard where the plastic is placed and does not fit in my roller holder.
I use it a lot daily and I was very upset about it. Of course I will not change the holder only because you have adopted this practice, I understand, in total disrespect to the consumer because, in addition, the box only contains the amount of plastic in meters and width, but does not give the size of the holder where comes curled up.
I went to buy from other manufacturers to see the measurements they use on this hard cardboard roll, and I noticed:
- WHAT I USED, WIDA - 2,9 cm
- THEOTO - 2,9 cm
- KING-PACK - 3,8 cm
All of them with packaging for 15 meters of plastic film.
And, yours - 2.5 cm ... the diameter of the hard cardboard roll is 4 mm smaller than the others, which indicates that you actually made this change in the fabrication. I already used the brand of vcs and never had problem ...
I would like to know what you will do about it? I just did not return because it was already open and probably the supermarket will not accept the return for that reason.
If you need it, I can take a picture of them all. Show me where I could send it, and I'll do it next.
And, by the way, I sent by e-mail to SAC and to Contact and both returned by unknown or incorrect e-mail ... So I'm putting here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa... Uma decepção! Comprei os sacos para assar da Pratsy e cai numa furada! Os sacos simplesmente abriram na lateral ao simples toque! Uma pena que não tenha pesquisado essa empresa antes de comprar o produto! Já enviei e-mail reclamando...

A empresa entrou em contato e fez a troca dos produtos! Dessa vez deu certo!
Wow... A disappointment! I bought the Pratsy roasting bags and fell into a hole! The bags simply opened on the side at the touch of a button! Too bad you didn't research this company before buying the product! I already sent an email complaining...

O rolo já saiu da embalagem sem uma ponta formada, e mesmo com toda a paciência do mundo, gastei todo o rolo SEM conseguir formar uma ponta para puxar. Dinheiro jogado fora, pela segunda vez. Não é possível que eu tenha algum problema mental ou incapacidade de puxar um plástico, o produto é que é de péssima qualidade mesmo. Basta ver que existem comentários de outros consumidores que também jogaram dinheiro fora.
Horrible stuff. Rethink that, for God's sake. The roll has already left the packaging without a tip formed, and even with all the patience in the world, I spent the entire roll WITHOUT being able to form a tip to pull. Money thrown away for the second time. It is not possible that I have a mental problem or an inability to pull a plastic, the product is really bad quality. Just see that there are comments from other consumers who also threw money away.
