 I would say that it is more than just the best value for money, but the best service on the Island. Super attentive staff, concerned with customer safety and satisfaction. I recommend it with your eyes closed!

While they were perfectly nice and helpful in the sales office, when it came to the tour itself we were handed off to a taxi boat company (see photos of my wristbands, which includes the tour company and a taxi boat company). From there, it just got worse. The boat was obviously not the one we were promised and shown considering we were handed off to another company. We didn’t actually get on our way until 11am - although the tour was meant to depart at 10:30. The boat was packed even though it wasn’t high season (10 ppl) and others were also clearly handed off to this operator too. Instead of the 4 spots indicated in the tour itinerary, we only did three. At the third spot, it was clear everyone wanted to leave but the operator was hanging out on a hammock and not bothering until one of the Portuguese speakers of the group asked him for us to move on. On language as well, at no point did the operator attempt to make themselves understood by the non-Portuguese speakers of the group. In all, we paid for a tour and we got a poor taxi experience and not even to all of the destinations on the itinerary. Completely false advertising and untrustworthy. Should also note the operator did not care for safety and at one spot in particular crashed into another anchored boat several times. Would avoid.
