Após ligar na imobiliária e pedir informações de uma casa que minha esposa tinha tirado foto da placa, a atendente Emanuele me explicou os preços e condições, que não me chamaram muito a atenção pelo valor ser maior que procuramos. Mesmo assim ela me sugeriu olhar outra casa do mesmo perfil, com o valor menor e ainda não tinha sido cadastrada na imobiliária por que estavam sem fotos do local. Assim eu marquei a visita, fui até imobiliária, me pediram para ir até o imóvel onde se encontrava o proprietário. Após a visita gostamos muito da casa e até explicamos nosso interesse, conversamos com o dono do local,voltamos na imobiliária, conversamos com o dono da imobiliária e até o momento tudo parecia correr certo para a locação, tudo estava de acordo com nosso interesse e segundo o dono e a imobiliária estaria tudo ok, faltava apenas enviar a documentação via whatsapp, no momento de enviar a documentação a funcionária Emanuele nos relatou que infelizmente já havia outra pessoa na frente, que o processo de envio de documentos já havia sido feito por outra pessoa, o que nos indignou muito pois foi a mesma que nos ofereceu a casa, nós incentivou a ir visitar,nós deslocamos até lá que são 15 km de onde moramos deixando de visitar outros 2 locais para dar prioridade e a mesma momento nenhum nos informou que havia já alguém com o processo de locação em andamento, um verdadeiro descaso conosco! Conversamos com o dono o imóvel,o dono da imobiliária,momento nenhum ninguém nos informou que a casa já estaria praticamente alugada, enquanto a gente depositava esperança na casa pois estamos com urgência em encontrar um imóvel, perdemos tempo e dinheiro indo ate lá para absolutamente nada, pra depois a funcionária falar que tinha outra pessoa na nossa frente que detalhe, visitou o imóvel depois de nós, então assim, sem condições um negócio desse, ficamos extremamente indignados e chateados com tamanho descaso.

So I scheduled the visit, went to the real estate agency, they asked me to go to the property where the owner was. After the visit, we liked the house very much and we even explained our interest, we talked to the owner of the place, we went back to the real estate company, we talked to the real estate owner and so far everything seemed to be going right for the lease, everything was according to our interest and according to the owner and the real estate agency everything would be ok, all that was needed was to send the documentation via whatsapp, at the time of sending the documentation, the employee Emanuele told us that unfortunately there was already someone else in front, that the process of sending documents had already been done by someone else, which made us very angry because it was the same person who offered us the house, encouraged us to go visit, we went there, which are 15 km from where we live, leaving visiting 2 other places to give priority and at the same time none of us informed that there was already someone with the lease process in progress, a real disregard for us! We talked with the owner of the property, the owner of the real estate company, at no time no one informed us that the house would already be practically rented, while we put hope in the house because we are urgently in finding a property, we waste time and money going there to absolutely nothing, for later the employee to say that there was another person in front of us that detail, visited the property after us, so, without conditions for a business like that, we were extremely indignant and upset with such neglect.
