O atendimento também é bem questionavel, uma pena pois tinha tudo para ser uma otima patisserie pro Crato.
The quality has dropped a lot, the cakes are dry and expensive the chocolate bonbon, which used to be a very good and cheap dessert, is now small and very heavy/sweet
The service is also very questionable, a shame because it had everything to be a great patisserie for Crato.

Meus amigos e eu fomos praticamente expulsos do estabelecimento apesar de chegar 20 minutos antes da hora de fechar e de ter pedido simplesmente coisas que já estavam prontas. Foi a última vez que pisei nesse estabelecimento. Lamentável, já que tinha ouvido coisas positivas sobre esse lugar.
One star because I can't give zero. Terrible service! My friends and I were practically kicked out of the establishment despite arriving 20 minutes before closing time and simply ordering things that were already ready. It was the last time I set foot in this establishment. Shame as I had heard positive things about this place.

Não vale a pena pagar um preço tão alto num local onde os funcionários deixam a gente constrangida. Fui uma vez e foi horrível fui outra pra tirar a primeira impressão e foi pior .
One star because the cakes are delicious. But the service is terrible! The cappuccino is weak, watery and cold. And the price is high. It's not worth paying such a high price in a place where employees make us uncomfortable. I went once and it was horrible I went another time to get the first impression and it was worse.
