Cansativo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Meu diploma foi emitido com o número do RG errado. Tentei resolver por e-mail mas nunca recebi retorno. Então decidi ligar. Ninguém se empenhou muito em resolver meu problema, uma moça inclusive nem me deixou concluir o que estava falando, me interrompendo dizendo que deveria mandar um e-mail (o que já havia sido feito). Após ser transferida 3x para um próximo funcionário sem sequer haver sido avisada, e ter que explicar minha solicitação novamente a cada novo atendimento, fui atendida pelo último funcionário, Zeca, que simplesmente desligou o telefone na minha cara (excelente exemplo pra uma instituição educacional).
Terrible service! My diploma was issued with the wrong RG number. I tried to resolve it by email but I never received a return. So I decided to call. No one was very involved in solving my problem, a girl even did not let me finish what she was talking about, interrupting me saying that I should send an email (which had already been done). After being transferred 3x to a next employee without even being warned, and having to explain my request again with each new service, I was attended by the last employee, Zeca, who simply hung up the phone in my face (excellent example for an educational institution) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo com ma vontade e burocracias. Atendentes sempre confusos e por vezes te fazem rodar o campus inteiro pra resolver problemas que serão resolvidos na própria secretaria. Funcionários com muito acesso à informação e pouca vontade em ajudar.
Lousy service with ill will and bureaucracy. Attendants are always confused and sometimes make you run the entire campus to solve problems that will be solved at the secretariat. Employees with a lot of access to information and little willingness to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente esse é o maior defeito da Universidade! Se há alguma pendência a ser resolvida, esquece!! É muito difícil ser atendido e quando é, geralmente seu problema não é resolvido. Acredito que terei que me deslocar em plena pandemia pra ir tentar resolver meu problema pessoalmente. Triste!!!
Unfortunately this is the biggest defect of the University! If there is any pending issue to be resolved, forget it !! It is very difficult to be attended to and when it is, your problem is usually not solved. I believe that I will have to travel in the middle of a pandemic to try to solve my problem personally. Sad!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta tentar ligar na secretaria, nem percam o tempo de vocês. Estou tentando ligar fazem 2 dias e ninguém atende o telefone, nos obrigam a ir na universidade presencialmente em plena pandemia para resolver o problema. Uma mensalidade altíssima para ter descomprometimento com os alunos, não oferecem qualquer tipo de auxílio.
There is no use trying to call the secretary, nor waste your time. I've been trying to call for 2 days and no one answers the phone, they force us to go to the university in person in the middle of a pandemic to solve the problem. A very high monthly fee to be uncompromised with students, does not offer any kind of assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informo a vocês que estão lendo que o novo horário de funcionamento da secretaria é das 09 - 15horas. Tive que avisar pois eles não tem a capacidade de informar isso em lugar algum. Estou há dias ligando nessa secretaria e ninguém atende o telefone, hoje de baixo de chuva e em plena pandemia fui lá presencialmente e adivinhem, estava FECHADO! Pois eles não avisaram sobre o novo horário em lugar algum. Estou com problema na grade e não tenho nenhum auxílio para resolver. Uma vergonha essa universidade!!!
I inform you who are reading that the new opening hours of the secretariat is from 9 am - 3 pm. I had to warn them because they don't have the ability to report this anywhere. I've been calling this office for days and nobody answers the phone, today under the rain and in the middle of a pandemic I went there in person and guess what, it was CLOSED! Because they didn't warn of the new schedule anywhere. I have a problem with the grid and I have no help to solve. Shame on this university !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço da secretaria geral é tão ruim que você passa 20min esperando para ser atendido e, quando atendem, simplesmente desligam o telefone. Mesmo pessoalmente, os funcionários nunca estão dispostos a ajudar.
The general secretary service is so bad that you spend 20 minutes waiting to be answered and when they answer they just hang up. Even in person, employees are never willing to help.
