★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei nesse prédio e listo alguns pontos para quem pretende passar dias ou morar nele.
1-> Apartamentos são super antigos então estão com vazamentos, alguns com acaros terriveis, e aranhas etc.
2-> Prédio é muito antigo então parece um curtiço, vc escuta os vizinhos de cima e baixo falando na cozinha e no banheiro.
3-> Toca funk e músicas a noite inteira na frente do prédio ficando dificil dormir.
4-> Cheia de mendigos e noias na frente do prédio
5-> Sindico omisso ignora e não responde
6-> Caso vc seja de regiões movimentadas e centros comerciais de são paulo, vc não consegue se mudar de sabado e domingo.
7-> Paredes do prédio estão descascando ficando impressão horrivel a visitas
8-> Elevadores estão sempre quebrados
9-> Apartamento é minisculo
Pontos positivos
1-> Preço mediano, existem casas no guarau e apartamentos melhores por um pouco a mais.
2-> No centro
3-> Em frente ao mar
I lived in this building and I list some points for those who intend to spend days or live in it.
1-> Apartments are super old so they have leaks, some with terrible mites, and spiders etc.
2-> Building is very old so it looks like a curd, you hear the upstairs and downstairs neighbors talking in the kitchen and bathroom.
3-> Play funk and music all night in front of the building making it hard to sleep.
4-> Full of beggars and brides in front of the building
5-> Manager silent ignores and does not respond
6-> If you are from busy regions and commercial centers in São Paulo, you cannot move from Saturday to Sunday.
7-> Building walls are peeling getting horrible impression to visitors
8-> Elevators are always broken
9-> Apartment is tiny

1-> Average price, there are houses in the guarau and better apartments for a little more.
