Agora só preciso ver quando ao meu pedido que foi protocolado de conservação de via pública e extensão da via elétrica é atendido.
Service from a private company focused on marketing and the customer, especially Suzy who does the initial service and screening. The appointment system worked really well for me. Now I just need to see when my request that was filed for the conservation of the public road and extension of the electric road is granted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de protocolo deficitário, vc tem que pagar uma taxa pra protocolar( Serviço público???), e não tem e-mail da Prefeitura recebendo comprovante pago em outro banco que não seja Santander. Demorado, sem atendimento ao cidadão de forma esclarecedora ou gentil. PREFEITURA sendo burocrática e lenta. Como melhorar atendimento ao público????
Deficient protocol service, you have to pay a fee to file (Public service???), and there is no e-mail from the City Hall receiving proof paid in a bank other than Santander. Time-consuming, without service to the citizen in an enlightening or kind way. CITY HALL being bureaucratic and slow. How to improve customer service????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu deveria dar menos estrelas, mas seria injustos com os funcionários que trabalham de forma séria no local.
Existe uma minoria que tratam todos com muita falta de educação, principalmente quando você é uma pessoa de aparência humilde. Quando esses ordinários topam com pessoas articuladas ou que fazem alguma demonstração de poder, ficam bem quietas.
O melhor que posso dizer sobre a prefeitura é não precise ir até lá, nem dependa das pessoas que lá trabalham.
I should give less stars, but it would be unfair to employees who work seriously on site.
There is a minority who treat everyone very rudely, especially when you are a humble looking person. When these ordinary people come across people who are articulate or who make some show of power, they keep very quiet.
The best I can say about the city hall is that you don't have to go there, nor do you depend on the people who work there.
