★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via whatsaap,sempre que preciso tirar uma dúvida,demoram um século para responder. E depois ainda dizem que se tivermos alguma dúvida podemos mandar uma msg ,que nem sempre é preciso ir até a unidade,para facilitar a vida tanto deles como nossa,seria ótimo mesmo que respondessem as msg,inclusive estou esperando resposta desde o dia 04/04 ,hoje já é 07/04. Aí fica difícil!
Terrible service via whatsaap, whenever I need to ask a question, they take a century to respond. And then they still say that if we have any questions we can send a message, that it is not always necessary to go to the unit, to make their lives easier as well as ours, it would be great even if they answered the messages, I'm even waiting for an answer since the 4th / 04, today is already 07/04. Then it gets hard!
