★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento ao público é terrível, raramente se consegue uma informação concisa. As transferências de telefonema não funcionam nunca, isso quando a ligação não cai antes de ser atendida. Horários de atendimento muito reduzidos e, salvo em algumas exceções, o atendimento é feito por funcionários desmotivados e com pouca vontade de ajudar.
Customer service is terrible, you rarely get concise information. Phone call transfers never work, that's when the call doesn't hang up before being answered. Very short opening hours and, with few exceptions, service is provided by unmotivated employees with little desire to help.
