★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cadê os fiscais da prefeitura de Divinópolis pra multar lotes abertos e cheios de mato, invadindo casas de vizinhos? Que vergonha... O lixo e mato tomam conta das ruas, e prejudicam casas ao lado. A minha não tem como acabar com umidade, pois o matagal tomou conta da parede que dá pra o tal lote, o mato está invadindo o quintal, por cima do muro. Cadê os fiscais dessa prefeitura? Fizeram geomapeamento com drone procurando telhados de varandas, galinheiros, etc, e não viram o matagal e ruas que viraram trilhas? Criam ve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui passar o fim de semana na cidade , gostei de tudo ; PORÉM : cheguei sábado e já a noite notei som em altos volumes em alguns estabelecimentos . Ja instalado no hotel , localizado na rua Rio de Janeiro , fiquei incomodado com os altíssimos niveis de ruido provocados , PRINCIPALMENTE pelas MOTOCICLETAS , MAS TAMBÉM pela quantidade de carros e caminhões com o MESMO PROBLEMA , ou seja , COM O SISTEMA DE ESCAPAMENTO ADULTERADO, causando um GRANDE INCÔMODO , em TODOS OS HORARIOS . UM OUTRO PROBLEMA , possso citar que por volta das 4 horas da manhã de domingo, um cretino MAL EDUCADO , parou em frente ao hotel com o SOM do veiculo tocando as famigeradas " MUSICAS " estilo PANCADÂO , onde fazia tremer até as janelas do quarto.Por incrivel que pareça , já na segunda feira ,às 7 HORAS DA MANHÃ outro individuo desprovido de qualquer noçaõ de civilidade parou no semáforo na esquina , com o mesmo tipo de SOM acordando provavelmente todos os que estavam hospedados nos quartos de frente!!! Assim de maneira geral , achei a CIDADE MUITO BARULHENTA ! Sugiro que a Prefeitura tome medidas contra esses ABUSOS e falta de consciencia ambiental de alguns individuos , realizando BLITZ DE TRANSITO e apreendendo e MULTANDO esses veiculos IRREGULARES , que se encontram INFRINGINDO as leis de trânsito do CBT , bem como as leis ambientais do proprio municipio , que acredito , devam existir, fiscalizando também os estabelecimentos que exageram na altura de suas músicas !!
I went to spend the weekend in the city, I liked everything; HOWEVER : I arrived on Saturday and already at night I noticed high volume sound in some establishments . Already installed in the hotel, located on Rua Rio de Janeiro, I was bothered by the extremely high levels of noise caused, MAINLY by MOTORCYCLES, BUT ALSO by the number of cars and trucks with the SAME PROBLEM, that is, WITH THE ADULTERATED EXHAUST SYSTEM, causing A GREAT INCOMFORCEMENT, AT ALL TIMES. ANOTHER PROBLEM, I can mention that around 4 o'clock on Sunday morning, a POORLY EDUCATED idiot stopped in front of the hotel with the sound of the vehicle playing the infamous "MUSICS" style PANCADÂO, which made the bedroom windows tremble. Amazingly, on Monday, at 7 AM another individual with no notion of civility stopped at the traffic light on the corner, with the same type of SOUND waking up probably everyone who was staying in the front rooms!!! So in general , I found the CITY VERY NOISY ! I suggest that the City Hall take measures against these ABUSES and lack of environmental awareness of some individuals , carrying out a TRANSIT BLITZ and seizing and FINE these IRREGULAR vehicles , which are IN BREACHING the traffic laws of the CBT , as well as the environmental laws of the municipality itself , that I believe, they must exist, also inspecting the establishments that exaggerate in the height of their music !!

Não fui atendida .
Na rua Daul da Rocha Filho o número 125 tem três terrenos cheios de mato onde moradores jogam lixo e cachorro morto . O fiscal já veio constatou e deu advertência ao sr Osvaldo salsicha e até agora ele não fez o passeio e nem fez o muro. Os outros moradores da rua atendeu o pedido do fiscal Romulo fez tudo certo e os donos dos três terrenos não atende a solicitação de murar os terrenos.
Nós moradores não temos luz na rua e com esse matagal fica difícil andar e sair à noite corremos risco de sermos assaltadas. Vivemos mau e pagamos um IPTU absurdo numa rua mau vista.
Peço ao órgão competente que multa logo esse Osvaldo salsicha que já foi notificado três vezes e nada se resolve.
Aguardo resposta no tel 991580501 com urgência ou os moradores vamos pra frente da prefeitura e com a TV faremos um manifesto.rua Saul da Rocha Filho 125 bairro Planalto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei do serviço da prefeitura apenas 3 vezes, da primeira vez atendiam o telefone mais ninguém sabia me esclarecer as dúvidas isso foi em novembro de 2020, ai acabei desistindo pois estava passando por um momento difícil na época, a outra foi em 2021 em dezembro foi enviado um email(que se quer foi respondido), e a terceira vez foi hoje(por conta do email que não foi respondido até hoje) e nenhuma das 3 vezes consegui resolver meu problema, agora que mudou a gestão da cidade(que eu não tenho nada a reclamar) poderia mudar também os funcionários da prefeitura, já que estão aí se quer atende um telefone ou respondem um email eu sinceramente não sei o que fazem o dia todo, ir até a prefeitura é só tristeza parece que os colaboradores estão te fazendo um favor e não são pagos para estar trabalhando, estou a mais de 10 minutos no telefone aguardando ser atendida e nada. Morei em Divinópolis durante 22 anos e a 2 anos moro em Nova Serrana se você ligar na prefeitura daqui não passa 2 minutos para ser atendido e tem seu problema resolvido. Acho que já está na hora de fazer uma reciclagem com esses funcionários daí porque so Deus pra ter paciência

I lived in Divinópolis for 22 years and I have lived in Nova Serrana for 2 years if you call the city hall from here it doesn't take 2 minutes to be answered and your problem is solved. I think it's time to do a refresher course with these employees, because only God has patience
