★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local recentemente reinaugurado, onde localizava se o icônico e lendário Hotel Municipal de Itapipoca, onde diversas autoridades, artistas e personalidades já se hospedaram, hoje em dia o local foi reformado para receber os munícipes que procuram os serviços da Prefeitura Municipal, com conforto e segurança, o Design da arquitetura do prédio ficaram muito bonitos. Obs. As secretarias estão localizadas em outros prédios do centro, lá ficando só a Secretaria de Gestão e de Finanças.
