★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prefeitura fica cerceando edital, provavelmente segurando para fazer algum tipo de máfia, telefonemas não podem ser transferidos para os setores de licitação, passam números de telefones que não são atendidos, a pessoal responsável nunca está no setor, sempre está nos correios, no médico. em casa, mas nunca onde deveria estar, fazendo o seu trabalho. Me sinto lesado, quando, tento participar de uma licitação que deveria ser aberta a todos e pessoas como estas querem nos fazer de idiotas.
The city is surrounding the edict, probably holding to make some kind of mafia, phone calls cannot be transferred to the bidding sectors, pass unanswered phone numbers, the responsible people are never in the sector, always in the post office, the doctor . at home, but never where it should be, doing its job. I feel hurt when I try to participate in a bid that should be open to everyone and people like them want to make us fools.
