★ ★ ★ ★ ★ P É S S I M O. Secretaria de planejamento urbano é horrível o atendimento. Ninguém atende o telefone e tambem, alem de aguardar atendimento (atendimento eletrônico) por mais de 20min, quando chega sua vez, a ligação cai.
P É S S I M O. Secretariat of urban planning the service is horrible. Nobody answers the phone and also, in addition to waiting for an answer (electronic service) for more than 20 minutes, when your turn comes, the call goes down.
