★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São Francisco quando era distrito de São João da Barra tinha muito mais atenção do poder público.
Santa Clara era a praia dos mineiros e chegou à ser considerada uma Búzios.
Porém depois que emancipou o descaso público só aumentando a cada mandato. Chegando ao ponto de estar hoje com o segundo pior IDH (Índice de Desenvolvimento Humano) do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
Infelizmente com o atual nível de politização dos munícipes, não vejo luz no final do túnel para uma mudança radical na política local para termos um choque de gestão pública que tanto o município precisa e merece.
E assim colocar São Francisco em lugar de destaque entre os municípios do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.

And so put San Francisco in a prominent place among the municipalities of the state of Rio de Janeiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto de morar aqui, más com as enchentes ficou difícil transitar pelas ruas.Santa Clara precisa ser melhor assistida pelo poder público. Já pedi ajuda para minha rua em email e até agora nada fizeram só promessas!
I like to live here, but with the floods it was difficult to move through the streets. Santa Clara needs to be better assisted by the government. I already asked for help for my street in email and so far nothing has been done just promises!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A prefeitura não cumpri com os pedidos feitos, por escrito e presencial, pagamos um IPTU caro e não temos condição de chegar em casa , porque as ruas estão alagadas. Prefeita que não valoriza o turismo, que é uma fonte de receita para o Município. Descuido total dessa administração com as praias

Mas nada o município está na mãos de quem não tem visão e sim vista grossa de nada se fazer o tempo se passa a cada prefeito ou prefeita situação local mesma, os trabalhadores da prefeitura estão de parabéns eles que, merecem elogios não a prefeita o que faz é assinar papel sem direção quase todos os dias, desse jeito qualquer cidadão pode ser um administrador desta prefeitura Municipal de Itabapoana de RJ.
Sobre iluminação está partindo do bolso de cada cidadão familiares, pois na conta de energia consta os devidos descontos, tenho uma visão que próximo candidato a prefeitura local, tenha ver com parentela da atual podemos aguardar para ver, os resultados a seguir..."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A impressão que temos é que a Prefeitura está fechada , nada é feito para melhorar as condições de vida dos moradores e visitantes, uma administração LAMENTÁVEL. Na minha rua não tem iluminação pública , mas mesmo assim estou pagando R$ 18,08 de taxa mensal .
The impression we have is that the City Hall is closed, nothing is done to improve the living conditions of residents and visitors, a DISGUSTING administration. There is no public lighting on my street, but I'm still paying R$ 18.08 monthly fee.
