★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada a reclamar quanto os atendentes. Sempre que precisei de serviços por telefone e por e-mail me antederam, responderam aos e-mail, porém deixa a desejar no sistema. A prefeitura de Sumaré está muito ultrapassada com relação a tecnologia. Alguns serviços ainda são feitos da moda antiga, nada de facilidade, nada de serviços online, maquinas antigas, site péssimo. Não me assustaria se achasse uma maquina de escrever lá! Os demais municípios estão inovando, facilitando o máximo possível para o contribuinte, para que não seja necessário se deslocar até a prefeitura, e Sumaré está ficando pra trás. Precisa se modernizar!
Nothing to complain about the attendants. Whenever I needed services by phone and email, they preceded me, responded to the emails, but it leaves something to be desired in the system. The city of Sumaré is very outdated in terms of technology. Some services are still done in the old fashion, no facilities, no online services, old machines, terrible website. I wouldn't be scared if I found a typewriter there! The other municipalities are innovating, making it as easy as possible for the taxpayer, so that it is not necessary to go to the city hall, and Sumaré is lagging behind. Need to modernize!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para uma cidade com o número de habitantes que possui Sumaré, deveria ter uma prefeitura a altura. O espaço deixa muito a desejar em matéria de acolhimento, segurança e organização de ambientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Hoje estou totalmente surpreso, com o desrespeito com os idosos, na seção do IPTU, fiquei duas horas, esperando para entregar um documento. Peguei a senha preferencial, e só tinha o guichê nr 1, atendendo os idosos, e pra ajudar ,uma atendente muito vagarosa. Conclusão com hipoglicemia, pelo tempo esperado, fui ser atendido quando já completava 2 horas de espera. Reclamei, mas, nada adiantou, esse é o pessoal que o prefeito colocou para nós atender. Respeito ao idoso, nota zero, como pode haver um órgão publico com tanto desrespeito ao cidadão idoso? É senhores prefeito e seu vice, vcs nada fazem para melhorar nossa cidade e ainda colocam funcionários que não respeitam os idosos.
ainda não fui na promotoria fazer uma reclamação, por ter passado mal, dentro de sua repartir, mas, garanto, que as coisas não ficarão assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu quero saber qual a finalidade do ceac abre as 10 fecha as 16, 2 horas de almoço e aquela fila gigante com uns 30 funcionários pra não resolver nada, numa cidade pequena dessa e o telefone não funciona, prefeitura da pra resolver esse problema porque é dinheiro público isso!!!!!
