Desenvolvimento Marcelo Eulálio foi excelente, na ocasião o Grupo Algartech apresentou seu projeto de ampliação de postos de trabalho em Teresina através do Diretor de Operações Marco Aurélio Matos, Olivar Rodrigues, com a presença do Sinttel-PI artes de seus dirigentes Cochise Ferreira, Fátima Castro e João de Moura.
