★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai precisa de um remédio, que pegaríamos na farmácia de alto custo. Estamos esperando há mais de 6 meses, e nada. Acho uma falta de respeito. Remédio barato sempre tem, mas quando precisamos de um que custa mais de 500 reais, está sempre em falta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemas para retirar medicamentos: O horário publicado não é cumprido. Fui retirar medicamentos dentro do horário mas não foi entregue porque não tinha um farmacêutico no posto. O horário tem que ser revisto ou um farmacêutico deve ficar no local. Fora o a falta do farmacêutico o serviço é bom.
Problems to withdraw medication: The published schedule is not adhered to. I went to pick up medication on time but it was not delivered because there was no pharmacist at the post. The schedule must be revised or a pharmacist must be on site. Apart from the lack of the pharmacist the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passo férias em Vinhedo e fiquei doente, fui bem atendida na Santa Casa e o médico passou 3 medicações e me orientou para que eu fosse buscar na farmácia pública com as receitas, identidade e Cartão do SUS.
Na recepção do posto que procurei fui mal atendida por causa do meu sotaque, já a moça da Farmácia me atendeu bem e informou que o município não permite que pessoas que não sejam moradoras da cidade e que não tenham o cartão do município recebam os remédios... Então fui numa farmácia normal e conversando com o atendente ele disse que na UPA eles me dariam. Na UPA o rapaz da farmácia disse que sim, mas só para os pacientes que passam pelo médico de lá.
Como que a farmácia pública não dispensa os medicamentos pelo SUS?É sistema único de saúde. E o principio da universalidade???
Os remédios custam aproximadamente R$200.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste ano, acredito que, por causa da Pandemia e da pouca informação de como lidar com esse novo vírus ; a saúde pública andou meio desamparada durante vários meses. Os postos de saúde, que poderiam fornecer informações corretas pra população que depende do SUS , fecharam suas portas e portões ; deixando essas pessoas desamparadas e sem saber onde recorrer . Apenas um recado com letras minúsculas era o que se via colado nas fachadas.
Essas pessoas de que estou falando, são as que, normalmente, utilizam esses locais para consultas agendadas, encaminhamentos com especialistas, exames laboratoriais, vacinas e adquirir os remédios prescritos pelos médicos.
Portanto, faltou durante vários meses esses cuidados tão importantes!
Sobre o Corona Vírus , o nosso prefeito poderia ter
deixado de se influenciar por órgãos estaduais e tomado a frente para salvar vidas usando o tratamento precoce.
É isso! Está dada a minha sincera opinião!

Health posts, which could provide correct information to the population that depends on SUS, closed their doors and gates; leaving these people helpless and not knowing where to turn. Only a message with small letters was what was glued to the facades.
These people I am talking about are the ones who normally use these places for scheduled appointments, referrals with specialists, laboratory tests, vaccines and to purchase the medicines prescribed by doctors.
Therefore, this important care was missing for several months!
About the Corona Virus, our mayor could have
ceased to be influenced by state agencies and taken the lead to save lives using early treatment.
