It was definitely one of my best choices for organizing my event (Engagement). Service on whatsapp is very good, they always respond and are very attentive. It's the same in the delivery of materials, the boys are super polite and professional. When I do another event PREMIER will be at the top of the list. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, fechei um pacote com eles, com meses de antecedência do casamento, sabiam que era uma chácara e no dia, simplesmente mandaram eu arrumar uma picape para buscar os materiais na rodovia, pois não desceriam até a chácara porque a estrada de acesso era de barro e tinha chovido, deveriam ter trabalhado com essa possibilidade, assim como todos os outros fornecedores trabalharam, paguei a taxa extra para retirada no domingo, mas a retirada foi na semana a pedido deles e até hoje não recebi o valor de volta.
Só dor de cabeça com a premier locações.

Mal informado estão vocês, pois o próprio funcionário de vocês, informou que o caminhão quebrou a caminho do evento e não saberia se chegaria, sorte que chegou, a retirada não aconteceria no domingo conforme contrato pago, porque o caminhão tinha quebrado e iria para o conserto e não por causa de mal tempo, até pq no domingo não choveu.
Mandei mensagem a vocês questionando e retorno não tive.
Fora que o material ficou lá na chácara, sendo que aluguei o local por um dia, sorte que não me cobraram por fora.
Que feio o tratamento pós serviço em, na hora de fechar uma graça, depois um destratamento.
I don't recommend it, I closed a package with them, months before the wedding, they knew it was a farm and on the day, they simply sent me to get a pickup truck to pick up the materials on the highway, as they wouldn't go down to the farm because the access road was of clay and it had rained, they should have worked with this possibility, as all other suppliers worked, I paid the extra fee for withdrawal on Sunday, but the withdrawal was in the week at their request and until today I have not received the amount back.
Just a headache with the premier locations.

You are misinformed, because your own employee informed that the truck broke down on the way to the event and would not know if it would arrive, luckily it arrived, the pick-up would not take place on Sunday according to the contract paid, because the truck had broken down and would go to the repair and not because of bad weather, because on Sunday it didn't rain.
I sent you a message asking and got no response.
Apart from that the material was there at the farm, and I rented the place for a day, luckily they didn't charge me outside.
How ugly the after-service treatment in, when closing a grace, then a detreatment.
