Te mandam mensagem, dizem que o carro está disponível, te confirmam na véspera à noite, te confirmam de manhã e surpresa: o carro não está na loja pois saiu para revisão naquele dia mesmo. Isso você saiu da Zona Sul, levou uma hora e meia para chegar, deixou seu bebê com alguém, e o atendente com a maior calma do mundo te diz que o carro que ele te confirmou TRÊS VEZES estar lá não está, foi para revisão! Serviço cliente zero. Respeito zero. Uma falta de vergonha!
Total lack of respect!
They send you a message, they say the car is available, they confirm you the night before, they confirm you in the morning and surprise: the car is not in the store because it left for service that same day. That you left the South Zone, took an hour and a half to arrive, left your baby with someone, and the most calm attendant in the world tells you that the car he confirmed THREE TIMES to be there is not there, it was for service! Zero customer service. Zero respect. A lack of shame!
