★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De início achei ser uma boa agência, mais após terminar o contrato percebi que não são humanos o suficiente de se colocar no lugar do próximo. Aguardo praticamente 5 meses pra receber um valor de bonificação em forma de um cartão presente de 200,00 e sempre que entro em contato é a mesma resposta: estamos aguardando a chegada do seu cartão, ainda está atrasado, já estamos resolvendo pra você.. em fim, sabendo que o valor é algo do funcionário e ele fez por mérito receber, não sei o porquê de descaso. Espero que não tenha mais vítimas de atitudes tão patéticas igual eles tiveram comigo.
At first I thought it was a good agency, but after finishing the contract I realized that they are not human enough to put themselves in someone else's shoes. I wait practically 5 months to receive a bonus amount in the form of a 200.00 gift card and every time I get in touch, the same response is given: we are waiting for your card to arrive, it is still late, we are already solving it for you.. in the end, knowing that the value is something of the employee and he did it on merit to receive it, I don't know the reason for neglect. I hope there are no more victims of such pathetic attitudes as they had me.
