Deixei minha máquina para um reparo, o orçamento demorou para ser passado e, após eu ter que entrar em contato, o valor passado foi extremamente salgado e pouco detalhado. Optei por não realizar o serviço e quando fui retirar, além de ter que esperar trazerem minha máquina de outro lugar (???) para minha surpresa agora ela estava apresentando um problema diferente e pior do que quando tinha deixado. Ainda fui questionado se não estava agindo de má fé.
Sugiro a quem busca serviço de qualidade, consultar no site da Apple autorizadas de verdade!
I had a bad experience and I do not recommend this establishment. I left my machine for a repair, the budget took too long to be passed and, after I had to get in touch, the amount spent was extremely salty and not very detailed. I chose not to carry out the service and when I went to pick it up, besides having to wait to bring my machine from another place (???) to my surprise it was now presenting a different and worse problem than when I had left it. I was still asked if I was not acting in bad faith.
I suggest to anyone looking for quality service, consult the Apple website for real authorized!
