Eu adquirir essa proteção para meu carro e estou tendo maior dor de cabeça para conseguir uma solução de reparo na verdade seria uma perda total. E eles querem fazer reparo em uma oficina credenciada deles sem a minima condição de atendimento e prestação de serviço. não respeita os direitos do código do consumidor e etc... Então, deixo minha opinião que até o momento está sendo péssimo negociar com a PREMIUM. Não respondem e-mail e outros, você fica totalmente sem cobertura. Na hora da contratação oferecem mil maravilhas, após contratado verás no momento da necessidade o quanto é difícil de ser atendido. Péssima escolha eu fiz.
