★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro contato via wtp foi muito bem feito, consulta marcada e o atendimento foi feito na hora, algo que é bem difícil de acontecer por ai. Ambiente bem limpo e tudo novinho.Fui atendido por dois dentistas, muitos simpáticos e que fizeram um excelente trabalho. Recomendo!
The first contact via wtp was very well done, an appointment was made and the service was done on time, something that is very difficult to happen out there. Very clean environment and everything brand new. I was seen by two dentists, very friendly and who did an excellent job. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi ruim do início ao fim. Atendente pelo WhatsApp afirmou que a clínica não aceitava plano dental. Questionei dizendo que tinha entrado em contato por causa do aplicativo do plano . Aí a atendente desconversou dizendo que tinha entendido errado e que aceitava sim o plano.
Estava com encaminhamento para realizar um canal. Como o encaminhamento nao tinha a palavra tratar a atendente queria me desmarcar para que eu fosse avaliada novamente por um clínico . Tive que insistir para manter a consulta na data já marcada e tive que voltar na dentista para que acrescentasse a palavra tratamento no encaminhamento .
No local a Dentista tentou me convencer de que o meu dente seria caso provável de extração . Depois de algum tempo decidiu realizar o canal . Iniciou o procedimento realizando anestesia sem se quer ter me avisado.
Estou amamentado e ela me indicou 5 dias de um anti inflamatório . Questionada se eu poderia tomar ela pediu que eu perguntasse a minha obstetra.
Tentei marcar o protético , como seria pelo plano , promeiro disseram que nao tinha agenda ( estamos no final de outubro) . Agenda cheia até dezembro . Depois falou que o plano só cobre o bloco de metal e qie lá só faz o de resina.
Service was poor from start to finish. Attendant by WhatsApp stated that the clinic did not accept dental plan. I questioned saying that I had contacted him about the plan application. Then the attendant changed the conversation saying that she had misunderstood and that she accepted the plan.
I was on a referral to perform a channel. As the referral did not have the word treat, the attendant wanted to unmark me so that I could be evaluated again by a clinician. I had to insist to keep the appointment on the date already set and I had to go back to the dentist to add the word treatment in the referral.
On site the Dentist tried to convince me that my tooth would be a probable case of extraction. After some time he decided to make the channel. He started the procedure performing anesthesia without even having told me.
I'm breastfed and she recommended me 5 days of an anti-inflammatory. Asked if I could take it, she asked me to ask my obstetrician.
I tried to schedule the prosthetic, as it would be according to the plan, first they said I had no agenda (we are at the end of October). Full schedule until December. Then he said that the plan only covers the metal block and that there is only the resin block.
