Muito boas as instalaçoes, com elevadores para os carros, equipamentos novos e modernos, bom atendimento dos colaboradores. O valor é razoavel em comparaçao aos outros estacionamentos do centro da cidade e Pelourinho.
No geral gostei bastante, recomendo como opçao a quem quer securança p ir ao Pelourinho e centro da cidade.
Parking for those who go to Pelourinho or downtown.
The facilities are very good, with car lifts, new and modern equipment, good service from employees. The price is reasonable compared to the other parking lots in the city center and Pelourinho.
In general I really liked it, I recommend it as an option to anyone who wants security to go to Pelourinho and downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, combinam o valor de pacote de estacionamento, depois durante a estadia, o gerente lhe aborda constantemente querendo mais dinheiro e lhe informa que se você não pagar nunca mais entrará com o carro. Fora isso, local de péssima localização, lixo em todo entorno. Não recomendo e existem melhores opções na região.
Horrible, they combine the value of the parking package, then during the stay, the manager constantly approaches you wanting more money and informs you that if you don't pay you will never get in the car again. Other than that, a bad location, garbage everywhere. I don't recommend it and there are better options in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro David Bittencourt acredito que VC esta enganado sobre os profissionais da Premium Park estacionento, sou usuário dos serviços deles à dois meses e nunca tive problemas ao contrário fui muito vem atendido. Vi que faliu sobre o Glauber Rocha eles não atendem lá e sim no Fera Palace hotel e estende o serviço aos carros que passam pela rua Chile... Já a garagem que pude ir fica na visconde de Itaparica local que acessamos sozinho pela Barroquinha ou rua do mosteiro eles não guardam carros na rua e nem atendem fora da garagem... A abordagem é apos você adentrar a garegem. Que conta com segurança pessoal e câmeras. Então acredito que seu relato se aplica à alguns guardadores que ficam nas imediações com cavaletes tentando guardar os veículos na rua e na tora... Mais esses manobristas do hotel são educados bem vestidos e munidos maquina de registro de veículo e emitem nota de serviço. Oque acredito não ter ocorrido em seu caso.

I saw that you went bankrupt about Glauber Rocha, they don’t answer there, but at the Fera Palace hotel and extend the service to cars that pass through Chile street ... The garage I could go to is located at the local Viscount of Itaparica that we access by Barroquinha or street alone from the monastery they do not keep cars on the street or answer outside the garage ... The approach is after you enter the garage. It has personal security and cameras. So I believe that your account applies to some keepers who are in the vicinity with easels trying to keep vehicles on the street and at the log ... Plus these valets at the hotel are well educated and equipped with a vehicle registration machine and issue a service note. What I believe has not happened in your case.
