★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok! O prensado é bom, satisfaz pouca fome! O hamburguer é pequeno, não se engane, vai ficar com fome! Apesar de ter mesas, não atende nelas, tem que fazer o pedido no caixa, inclusive só levam o cardápio se pedir.
Apesar disso gosto de ir, a comida é gostosa e tá no preço!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi o lanche pra comer no local e me serviram coca cola quente. Recla.ei e pedi gelo e a atendente disse que não tinha. Péssimo o atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei nessa loja, nunca tive problema mas na última vez que pedi e realmente será a última fiz o pedido de 3 cachorro quente com adicional pra viagem e vieram os 3 básicos sem catupiry, chego em casa pra comer com minha família e pra nossa surpresa não tinha o adicional, ligamos duas vezes pra tentar resolver e a mulher simplesmente desligou as duas vezes, tive que retornar no estabelecimento aonde ela já sabia do problema e me pediu desculpas e pegou o pedido e depois simplesmente me devolveu os sanduíches com um pingo bem modesto de catupiry e já frio o sanduíche sem nem ao menos preparar outro novo quente e sem erro... Resumindo , pedi o dinheiro de volta no qual foi bem grossa e não faço nunca mais pedido algum no local.
I always bought from this store, I never had a problem but the last time I ordered and it will really be the last I ordered 3 hot dogs with extra for the trip and the 3 basic ones came without catupiry, I get home to eat with my family and to our surprise there was no extra, we called twice to try to solve it and the woman just hung up both times, I had to return to the establishment where she already knew about the problem and apologized to me and took the order and then simply returned the sandwiches with a good drop I had a modest amount of catupiry and the sandwich was already cold without even preparing another hot one and without error... In short, I asked for my money back and it was very thick and I will never order anything at the place again.

Fiz um pedido de três cachorro-quente na qual eu paguei um adicional para tar colocando catupiry Solicitei para viagem pois a compra foi feita presencialmente no estabelecimento quando chega em casa me deparo que os três cachorro-quente estão sem catupiry entrei em contato com a loja por telefone tive um péssimo atendimento não obtive respostas do que seria feito. Portanto sai da minha residência fui até lá quando eu cheguei lá eles falaram que ia resolver a situação quando me deram novo sanduíche era o mesmo e só tinha acrescentado o catupiry, sendo que antes eu tinha comido só depois eu me deparei que estava sem o catupiry. Isso porque eu já tinha feito compras anteriores e eu confiava no estabelecimento. Ou seja não trocaram meu sanduíche e também colocaram apenas o Catupiry. Depois disso solicitei meu dinheiro de volta pois isso é um absurdo.
Vou dar um outro exemplo aqui para vocês seguirem isso um dos maiores fast-food que existe no mundo McDonald's teve uma vez que eu fiz uma compra lá o pedido veio errado só me deparei após a segunda mordida e eles fizeram um novo pedido, Qual era novo e não estava mordido . Portanto não adianta ser o pequeno o grande estabelecimento o que tem que ser mantida o respeito pelo cliente coisas que vocês não tem.

I placed an order for three hot dogs in which I paid an extra to put catupiry I asked for takeout because the purchase was made in person at the establishment when I get home I find that the three hot dogs are out of catupiry I contacted the store over the phone I had a bad service and I didn't get answers about what would be done. So I left my house I went there when I got there they said they would solve the situation when they gave me a new sandwich it was the same and I had only added the catupiry, and before I had eaten it, only later I found that I was without the catupiry . That's because I had made previous purchases and I trusted the establishment. In other words, they didn't change my sandwich and also just put the Catupiry. After that I asked for my money back because this is absurd.
I'll give you another example here for you to follow this one of the biggest fast food that exists in the world McDonald's had once I made a purchase there the order came wrong I only came across it after the second bite and they made a new order, what was it new and not bitten. Therefore, it is useless for the small establishment to be the big establishment, which has to be maintained respect for the customer, things that you don't have.
