★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligaram para minha casa dizendo que meu filho avia ganho um malote,eu perguntei se era cursos pois nan me interessava pois ele já faz curso e faculdade a moca prontamente disse que nao que ele avisa sido sorteado numa loja no mesmo dia me direcionei ao local onde vi que se tratava de uma escola nem entramos voltamos para casa,no dia seguinte a mesma moça me liga perguntando se fomos eu disse q fui e como se tratava de escola nem entrei a moca funcionária da escola como e muito educada desligou o trltelef na minha cara antes que eu terminasse de falar peço que por gentileza selecione melhor os funcionários é que assim que entrarem em contato com as pessoas digam a verdade pois temos nossos afazeres....

A área de vendas necessita deixar mais claro para o cliente as condições e embasamento do treinamento (curso) que será ministrado.
A coordenação pedagogia é presente mas precisa se atentar mais nas questões aulas e especialização para abranger outras formas de interação e inclusão, alem de programa de carreira e incentivo para os instrutores.
A administração é eficaz e clara, sempre pontuando sobre os assuntos gerais e financeiros da unidade
Conclusão
Eu Trabalhei na unidade e ela tem uma evolução a olhos vistos. Continuando neste caminho será a maior dentre todas as franquias.

The unit has excellent education professionals. The content is delivered clearly and without mysteries.
The sales area needs to make clear to the customer the conditions and basis of the training (course) that will be given.
Pedagogical coordination is present but needs to focus more on the classes and specialization issues to cover other forms of interaction and inclusion, as well as a career program and incentive for instructors.

Funcionários são gentis e atenciosos, principalmente a atendente Carol e o professor André.
I had already taken 2 courses in 2016 and now came back in 2020 to further improve the knowledge that the school teaches.
