★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortei o cabelo com o funcionário - Tony - e após sair do salão e pagar um total pelos serviços de + de 400,00 descobri que o cabelo estava completamente torto, desigual. Um lado menor que o outro. Fiquei chocada, vendedoras de outras lojas me alertaram e tive que retornar para corrigirem o erro.... Resultado o cabelo ficou bem menor do que eu pretendia. Surreal, um salão deste tipo dentro de um shopping Morumbi.

One side smaller than the other. I was shocked, salespeople from other stores warned me and I had to return to correct the error .... Result the hair was much shorter than I intended. Surreal, a salon of this type inside a Morumbi shopping mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá no ano passado e a profissional fez um trabalho razoável. Voltei a cerca de dez dias, para repetir o procedimento, mas foi um desastre. Tenho o cabelo bem curto e no momento que sai do salão, não percebi um erro crasso em um dos lados do meu cabelo, bem mais curto que o outro e quando ela usou a maquininha para acertar, ela ainda ¨entrou¨ na lateral do meu cabelo, deixando um defeito bem grande. È inacreditável que no Shopping Morumbi, cobrando o preço que cobram, não consigam um profissional pelo menos razoável, e que não cometa erros tão banais.

It's unbelievable that at Shopping Morumbi, charging the price they charge, they don't get a professional at least reasonable, and that doesn't make such trivial mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre possuem horários, as meninas são ótimas! Faço as unhas lá toda semana e costumo chegar sem marcar. É mais caro que o normal mas vale pela praticidade e pelos horários de atendimento!
They always have schedules, the girls are great! I do my nails there every week and I usually arrive without an appointment. It is more expensive than normal but it is worth for the practicality and the opening hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dependendo do horário o salão fica muito cheio e apertado. Fui na sexta-feira às 17:30 e fiquei sentada espremida no banco. Toda vez que alguém precisava passar minha manicure tinha que parar e mover a cadeira dela.
Quem fez minha mão foi a Renata. Super recomendo. Cuidadosa e rápida.
Depending on the time the room is very full and tight. I went on Friday at 5:30 pm and sat squeezed on the bench. Every time someone needed to pass my manicure I had to stop and move her chair.
Whoever made my hand was Renata. Super recommend it. Careful and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca paguei tão caro para fazer as unhas! Estou acostumada a pagar por serviços em shoppings. Sei que o custo é maior. Mas o preço e o serviço são incoerentes. O serviço foi normal e o preço R$120,00 pé e mão. Quando perguntei o preço na entrada o recepcionista disse R$55,00. Quando sentei para fazer a manicure veio pronta para fazer só a mão, daí pedi a ela para confirmar se viria alguém para os pés e aí ela disse que ele não havia entendido que seriam pé e mao. Se soubesse antes não teria feito. Enfim, o custo-benefício não vale a pena.
I've never paid so much to get my nails done! I'm used to paying for services in malls. I know the cost is higher. But the price and service are inconsistent. The service was normal and the price was R$120.00 foot and hand. When I asked the price at the entrance, the receptionist said R$55.00.
