Se a loja quer que envie então de sequência ao atendimento me informe para onde devo enviar de que forma? Para qual endereço.
Absurdo simplesmente responderam não é possível.
I made several purchases in the store but 2 clothes did not fit and the store replied that I cannot change it, that I have to send it on my own. Absurd I paid the freight on the purchase.
If the store wants you to send it to the customer service afterwards, tell me where should I send it in what way? To which address.
Nonsense simply replied is not possible.
