A loja tem grande problema nos direitos dos clientes, garantia inútil, existe a garantia e somos impossibilitados de acioná-la por afirmações e certezas q a gerente da loja faz! Justificando q foi feito o mal uso do acessório!

No entanto, visto que jóias e semijóias são considerados bens duráveis é previsto no código de defesa no consumidor q há garantia, 90 dias, no caso. Mas, a gerente da loja não me deixou acionar a garantia, afirmando o mau uso q fiz do produto, nunca vi isso em toda minha vida!

However, since jewelry and semi-jewels are considered durable goods, the consumer protection code provides for a 90-day guarantee. But the store manager didn't let me activate the warranty, stating the bad use I made of the product, I've never seen that in my entire life!
