★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo regra tem sua exceção, fui atendida maravilhosa vem pelo vigilante e uma mulher, porem infelizmente fui desgarrada por um funcionário ao tentar resolver uma exigência feita pela agência, graças a Deus após a mulher que estava me atendendo consultar a gerente ela autorizou que fosse realizada a juntada dos.meu documentos para conclusão do auxílio doença que estou aguardando a 5 meses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo... estou aqui desde 07h50 para um perícia ao qual já fiz e tive que pegar outra senha para regularização de pendências administrativistas. Porém já são 11h20 e não chamaram nenhuma senha com a letra “I”. Ou seja, estou a mais de duas horas com esta nova senha e nada de atendimento.
Estou operado, com dor no pé e sem atendimento.
Um vergonha!!!
Lousy service ... I have been here since 7:50 am for a survey that I already did and I had to get another password to settle administrative issues. However it is already 11:20 am and they did not call any password with the letter "I". That is, I am more than two hours with this new password and no service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma perícia e não saiu o resultado, vou na agência, mandam agendar atendimento e quando chego lá eles não resolvem nada, péssimo atendimento, funcionários não fazem o mínimo pra ajudar, trabalham de má vontade.
I did an investigation and the result did not come out, I go to the agency, they send an appointment and when I get there they do not solve anything, terrible service, employees do not do anything to help, they work grudgingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia da perícia fomos bem atendidos,pessoas bem educadas,mas quem tiver que comparecer a uma perícia fique atento a registrar você mesmo todos procedimentos,pois não sei se já combinado ou não,mas o INSS não dá comprovante de comparecimento a perícia,e por esse motivo não temos como comprar o comparecimento após o INSS ter dado indeferido o bpc do meu filho autista alegando que não comparecemos a perícia.somos do interior, tivemos que alugar carro com dinheiro emprestado,nosso filho tendo várias crises sensoriais e mesmo assim entramos com um recurso e estamos a 2 anos a espera.frustrada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o atendimento é bom, mas são todos irresponsáveis, fiz minha pericia e se passaram 15 dias e perderam algumas informações e não divulgaram o resultado. Ainda tem esse numero de telefone que você disca e não existe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa estava com uma perícia marcada para o dia 8/09 em Goiânia, devido a tentativa de suicídio dela agora recentemente, tivemos que voltar para perto da nossa família em maceio, o INSS de Goiânia orientou que ela fosse na agencia de Maceió para remarcar a perícia, chegando lá remarcaram a perícia dela p o dia 05/01/22. Um absurdo pq o atestado dela acaba dia 17 de outubro, mesmo ela pegando mais atestado o INSS n pode passar do prazo de 45 dias para fazer a perícia, minha esposa está sem medicação pq n temos dinheiro gastamos com a viagem temos duas filhas pequenas , minha esposa ainda n recuperou da depressão isso é um descaso total. Espero resposta por gentileza pois já n sei oq faço

It's absurd because her certificate ends on October 17th, even though she gets more certificate from the INSS, she can't go past the 45-day period to do the investigation, my wife doesn't have medication because we don't have money, we spend on the trip, we have two young daughters, my wife hasn't recovered from depression yet this is total neglect. I wait for an answer, please, because I don't know what I'm doing.
