★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que os prédios do INSS são inaugurados e abandonados, como se nunca precisassem de reparos ou reformas. Todos os prédios que visitei estão com problemas de infiltração nas paredes, falta de estofados higienizados, pinturas e etc.
It seems that INSS buildings are opened and abandoned, as if they never needed repairs or renovations. All the buildings I've visited have problems with infiltration of the walls, lack of sanitized upholstery, paintings and so on.
