Ligo pro 135 que me manda ir a minha agencia... a manhã toda pra descobrir que era minha senha vencida. O banco fez o desbloqueio mas continua sem o dinheiro na conta... vou recorrer a quem agora?
I am trying to unblock my benefit today, they send me to the bank that tells me to go back to the agency. I call 135 who tells me to go to my agency ... all morning to find out it was my expired password. The bank did the unlocking but it still doesn't have the money in the account ... who am I going to turn to now?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo fez pericia nesta agencia dia 01 de abril, e já estar com mais de mês e até hoje não puseram nada de resultado na internet, e ainda disseram que no outro dia podia consultar no site. nossa um descaso com trabalhador.
My husband did some research on this agency on April 1st, and already have more than a month and until today they have not done anything on the internet, and still said that the other day he could consult on the website. Ours a neglect with a worker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A reforma na previdência deve começar dentro do INSS. Os funcionários são muito gentis, mas a funcionalidade do local é quase nula. Dizem que para melhor atendimento deve agendar o horário. Agendei e fui, chegando lá,o horário não é seguido e o funcionário diz " tem gente que marca 8 e sai daqui mais de 10". Foi meu caso? Obvio. Marquei as 8:50 e sai de lá mais de 11h. Um absurdo com a sociedade , principalmente se tratando de auxílio doença , uma vez que as pessoas atendidas se encontram em condição especial.
Pension reform should begin within the INSS. The staff are very kind, but the functionality of the place is almost nil. They say that for better service you should schedule the time. I booked and went, getting there, the time is not followed and the employee says "there are people who score 8 and more than 10 leave here". Was it my case? Obvious. I booked at 8:50 and left more than 11am. It is absurd with society, especially when it comes to sickness benefits, since the people served are in a special condition.
