Nesta em especifico, se precisar fazer uma ligação é necessário no minimo 30 chamadas para poderem atender e ao final desligam.
O gerente nunca esta na agência, do mesmo modo demoram mais de 15 dias para responder um e-mail.
In general the INSS agencies do not work, the employees are passing the responsibility from one side to the other and no one helps to solve anything.
In this specific case, if you need to make a call you need at least 30 calls to be able to answer and at the end you disconnect.
