★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de Votuporanga estive na agência de RP dia 21/03 para perícia médica, onde me deram um número para que eu consultasse o resultado após 21 horas, até hoje 27/03 não consta Nada, o número que me deram aparece como benefício inexistente, quando coloco o nunero do requerimento aparece para eu comparecer em uma agência para atualização de dados, já fui 3 vezes na agência de Votuporanga atualizei dados o pessoal mandou email para o inss de RP no quinta dia 22 e até ontem 26/03.nem o e-mail.tinham lido.
O telefone da agência fica direto fora do gancho.
Uma irresponsabilidade sem.tamanha, falta de respeito.
Msm tendo um bebê de 4 meses terei q gastar sem poder p.ir novamente até a agência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bem rápido, porém quando fui dar entrada no benefício da minha irmã tive que retornar várias vezes pois passam informação incompleta, toda vez pediam algo novo, sendo que poderiam pedir de uma só vez e evitaria tanto transtorno.
Quando retornarmos para nova perícia, fomos muito mal tratadas. Pagamos INSS durante uma vida e quando precisamos somos tratados pior que animal sarnento. E muito humilhante.

Os peritos são todos mal educados. Vc pode chegar cego, aleijado q não te aposentam. E cada ano será Pior. O melhor é investir em outra coisa.
