Fiz um checklist para que o mecânico olhasse. Ele me disse que estava tudo ok e que eu deveria trocar uma sapata de freio da minha caminhonete. Dei o OK e o serviço foi realizado.
Entretanto, para minha surpresa, a empresa NÃO me deu NENHUM feedback. Eu quem tive que ligar para saber como, quando e de que forma estava meu carro e o andamento do serviço. Preço das peças, orçamento, etc, TUDO EU QUEM BUSQUEI e na base da marra.
Combinei de buscar o veículo Às 19h e só me entregaram às 23h. Isso mesmo, esperei dentro da oficina por QUATRO horas.
Para piorar a situação, os itens que sugeri que fossem trocados e que o mecânico disse que faria, NÃO foram trocados e ele nem sequer havia solicitado uma das peças.
Duas semanas depois a dona do estabelecimento me ligou para perguntar sobre o atendimento e eu relatei tudo a ela. Muito solícita ela pediu para que eu retornasse ao local que o serviço seria bem feito em uma segunda oportunidade.
Retornei para fazer os ajustes do serviço realizado 4 semanas antes. Mais uma vez o atendimento foi péssimo via Whatsapp e digo a vocês: não recomendo o local!
Apesar de ser limpo e dos donos apresentarem boa vontade, você terá cabeça quente ao realizar o serviço na oficina.
Quem sabe com um atendente específico para vendas e com um feedback decente ao consumidor eu mude de ideia. Eu não, outros que possam ir até o local.

I made a checklist for the mechanic to look at. He told me everything was ok and that I should change a brake shoe on my truck. I gave the OK and the service was done.
However, to my surprise, the company gave me NO feedback. I had to call to find out how, when and how my car was doing and the progress of the service. Price of the pieces, budget, etc., EVERYTHING I WANTED and on the base of the hammer.
I agreed to pick up the vehicle at 7 pm and only delivered at 11 pm. That's right, I waited inside the workshop for FOUR hours.
To make matters worse, the items that I suggested to be exchanged and that the mechanic said he would do, were NOT exchanged and he had not even ordered one of the parts.
Two weeks later the owner of the establishment called me to ask about the service and I reported everything to her. Very solicitously she asked me to return to the place that the service would be done well on a second chance.
I returned to make adjustments to the service performed 4 weeks earlier. Once again the service was terrible via Whatsapp and I tell you: I do not recommend the place!
Although it is clean and the owners are willing, you will have a warm head when performing the service in the workshop.
Maybe with a specific sales clerk and with decent feedback to the consumer, I change my mind. I don't, others who can go to the place.
