★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores administradora de condomínio que já vi. Desde sempre colocam dificuldade em resolver as coisas. Desde as taxas que são responsabilidade do proprietário que não retiram do boleto, cobranças abusivas de juros, a mudança do titular do boleto de cobrança que só fazem também no nome do proprietário. Isso tudo dificulta e muito a vida do inquilino. Agora estou dependendo de entregar meu apartamento antigo por que ainda não disponibilizaram o boleto do último mês e não estão nem um pouco interessados em resolver a questão. Enquanto isso estou pagando aluguel.... Fujam dessa administradora de condomínio.
One of the worst condominium managers I've ever seen. They always have difficulties in solving things. From the fees that are the responsibility of the owner that do not remove from the boleto, abusive interest charges, the change of the holder of the collection slip that they also do only in the name of the owner. This makes life difficult for the tenant. Now I am depending on delivering my old apartment because they have not yet made the last month's bill available and are not interested in resolving the issue. In the meantime, I'm paying rent .... Get away from this condominium manager.

Fui prontamente atendida e bem auxiliada. Fiquei ciente sobre taxas e sobre minha obrigação como inquilino/cliente e como evitar até mesmo ir contra regimento e convenção do condominio.
Tem muita gente que não tem conhecimento e quer rebater por conta de um "interesse maior", por que não saiu favorecida e acaba vindo dar uma má avaliação. (Achei desnecessário)
De qualquer forma! Estou muito agradecida por ter essa empresa no meu condomínio.

It is a complete and helpful company.
I was promptly assisted and well assisted. I became aware of fees and my obligation as a tenant/client and how to avoid even going against the condominium's bylaws and convention.
There are many people who do not have knowledge and want to fight because of a "greater interest", because they were not favored and ended up giving a bad evaluation. (I found unnecessary)
Anyway! I am so grateful to have this company in my condo.
