 I placed a large order for tapestry and most of it came ALL RUSTY. We made a return invoice 60 DAYS ago and they did not collect the product for exchange or repair. WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE. TERRIBLE. We are entering PROCON. THIAGO SELLER.

Vocês acham que realmente estão prestando um bom atendimento aos cleinte que na verdade são ( EX CLIENTE)? Tanta gente reclamando do pessimo atendimento dessa empresa.
Se todos olhassem aqui antes ninguem compraria e não passaria raiva com o pessimo atendimento dessa empresa!

Do you think you are really providing a good service to the customer who actually are (EX CUSTOMER)? So many people complaining about the poor service provided by this company.
If everyone looked here before, no one would buy and would not be angry with the poor service provided by this company!

Fizemos vários contatos cobrando a data de entrega e a Prima Brindes sempre dando desculpas sobre o prazo que constava no pedido e não foi cumprido. Uma empresa sem comprometimento com o cliente, lamentável, não indicamos de forma alguma.
Terrible!!! We approved the order, paid in cash and did not receive it. We made several contacts charging the delivery date and Prima Brindes always giving excuses about the deadline that was in the order and was not met. A company without commitment to the customer, regrettable, we do not indicate it at all.

Comprei dia 09/12/21 mini espelhos para presentear algumas clientes agora em janeiro, o prazo para envio era até dia 14/12.
Como não foi enviado, questionei dia 15/12 quando seria enviado.
Ocorre que além deles falarem que o problema era no sistema da shopee (já fiz algumas compras nesse mesmo período e recebi todas)
Somente essa loja que vem prorrogando o prazo para envio. A última data que vi foi dia 30/12 (até aí, ok), agora já mudaram para dia 11/01/22.
E o pior, não avisam!
Se tivesse olhado a avaliação do Google, como sempre faço, não teria caído nessa.

I bought mini mirrors on 12/09/21 as a gift to some customers now in January, the deadline for shipping was until 12/14.
As it was not sent, I asked on 12/15 when it would be sent.
It turns out that in addition to them saying that the problem was in the shopee's system (I've already made some purchases in the same period and received them all)
Only this store that has been extending the deadline for shipping. The last date I saw was 12/30 (until then, ok), now they have changed to 1/11/22.
And worst of all, they don't warn you!
If I had looked at Google's review, as I always do, I wouldn't have fallen for it.
