Tirei foto e fui até o estabelecimento mostrar para pessoa, quem me atendeu foi a mesma que vendeu, disse que mandaria um técnico para avaliar e até agora estou no aguardo. Acho que já virou caso de procon.
The service was ok!! But after placing the laminate, I saw that the threshold is in another color of the laminate. I took a picture and went to the establishment to show it to the person, who attended me was the same person who sold me, said I would send a technician to evaluate and I'm still waiting. I think it has already turned into a procon case.

O atendimento da loja foi feito com um senhor teimoso que não aceitava ideias ou perguntas dos clientes, respondia de maneira ríspida e impaciente. Embora a instalação do piso tenha sido razoável, o instalador era rude, reclamão e cansativo. Além de tudo, me destratou e se recusou a dar o acabamento final no laminado, sugerindo que eu terminasse o serviço dele. Saiu falando mal do apartamento e que o serviço teria que ficar "daquele jeito" e que a culpa não era dele, embora ele arrumaria caso eu pagasse a parte. Em resumo: não recomendo.
Although the cousin has an attractive price, I regretted buying the floor and installation with them. The store was attended by a stubborn gentleman who did not accept ideas or questions from customers, who responded in a harsh and impatient manner. Although the floor installation was reasonable, the installer was rude, complaining, and tiresome. On top of that, he abused me and refused to finish the laminate, suggesting that I finish his job. He left talking badly about the apartment and that the service would have to stay "that way" and that it wasn't his fault, although he would fix it if I paid the part. In summary: I don't recommend it.
