O atendente me passou o valor de R$ 140,00 para montar, alinhar e balançar. Eu esperei por 25 minutos até o funcionário do alinhamento voltar (junto com a filha que ele buscou na escola). Quando ele chegou me disse que o preço passado pelo atendente estava errado e que o valor do serviço era R$ 160,00. Absurdo! Amadorismo puro! Se tivessem me dito esse último valor eu não teria esperado 25 minutos lá. Até por que o valor médio desses serviço em Palmas é de R$ 120,00. Amadorismo e desrespeito ao cliente... Ficou claro que por causa do horário (17:25 hs), aumentaram o preço para não me atenderem.
Terrible attendance. I arrived at 5 pm and the person in charge of the alignment had picked up his daughter from school, according to the attendant. The attendant gave me the value of R $ 140.00 to assemble, align and swing. I waited 25 minutes for the alignment worker to come back (along with the daughter he picked up from school). When he arrived he told me that the price passed by the attendant was wrong and that the value of the service was $ 160.00. Absurd! Pure amateurism! If you had told me that last value I would not have waited 25 minutes there. Also because the average value of these services in Palmas is $ 120.00. Amateurism and disrespect to the customer ... It was clear that because of the time (17:25 hs), the price increased to not meet me.
