Se a pessoa preciso de orientação pra executar corretamente os exercícios e não tá com personal... Lá é a melhor opção! O preço é condizente com o que oferece, tem mais baratas... Mas que não dão o mesmo nível de acompanhamento.

Graças a Academia Prime, malho num local lindo, com todas as máquinas que preciso para ficar em forma, e mais, uma seleção grande como aulas de Pilates, box, dance, e aeróbica da natação.
E o melhor - independente da hora que eu chegar, tem um personal disponível para me ajudar. Como poderia ser melhor?
O resultado: estou sentindo ótima, ficando em forma e me divertindo muito!
I finally found a gym that I love!
Thanks to Academia Prime, I work out in a beautiful place, with all the machines I need to stay in shape, and more, a great selection like Pilates classes, boxing, dance, and swimming aerobics.
And the best - no matter what time I arrive, there is a personal available to help me. How could it be better?
The result: I'm feeling great, getting in shape and having a lot of fun!
