Disappointed, I ordered a pitbull hot dog but had practically no meat, just cheddar potatoes and bread.

Bad experience by ifood. Order with missing items. They did not refund the money. They didn't even answer the chat. An absurd delay more than 2 hrs late. Lousy Lousy. the dog still came very cold .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pão é bem macio, combinação de recheios variadas, tamanho razoável, saboroso e apresentação de encher os olhos. Gostei muito do local, bem agradadável, ótimo atendimento e o pedido sai rápido. Apenas uma observação em relação ao papel que colocam sob o cachorro quente pois a medida que a gente come ele vai grudando, talvez o saquinho plástico seria melhor.
The bread is very soft, combination of varied fillings, reasonable size, tasty and eye-filling presentation. I really liked the place, very nice, great service and the order comes out fast. Just a note regarding the role that they put under the hot dog because as we eat it sticking, maybe the plastic bag would be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é boa, o preço é justo, porém a entrega é sofrível. Não usam os motoboys do Ifood, insistem em usar os da casa e não tem competência pra gerir a logística. Sempre chega atrasado do prazo que é dado no Ifood. Moro a menos de 2km da unidade litorânea, de onde faço os pedidos, mas sempre atrasam e não é 5min, é coisa de 30 minutos. A desculpa é sempre a mesma, temos dificuldade de arranjar quem queira trabalhar de motoboy. Deveriam então usar os terceirizados do app do Ifood, ou então colocar lá no app que a entrega vai demorar 1h30 em vez dos 30 minutos que eles prometem. Só pra passar raiva e fome.
The food is good, the price is fair, but the delivery is poor. They don't use Ifood's motoboys, insist on using the ones at home and don't have the competence to manage logistics. It always arrives late from the deadline that is given in Ifood. I live less than 2 km from the coastal unit, from where I place orders, but they are always late and it is not 5 minutes, it is 30 minutes. The excuse is always the same, we have difficulty finding someone who wants to work as a motorcycle courier. They should then use the third parties of the Ifood app, or else put in the app that the delivery will take 1h30 instead of the 30 minutes they promise. Just to get angry and hungry.
