Inaugurado em setembro de 2012, o Prime Italian trouxe a Campinas um novo conceito de cozinha contemporânea, ou melhor, italiana com um toque mediterrâneo, como os proprietários preferem definir.
O conceito Pasta & Pizza traduz o espírito da casa, que oferece diariamente, além do tradicional cardápio com as melhores pizzas ao estilo gourmet, um menu completo de pastas, risotos, cortes, peixes e frutos do mar, com ingredientes frescos e da melhor qualidade.
O diferencial da casa é o forno a lenha e a qualidade dos produtos, como a mozzarela de búfala (a original La Bufalina), e dos pratos que são novidades do cardápio, como o Filé Caprese, Risoto Prime e Camarão Saint Jacques.

If you want, for an extra fee you can also serve from all-you-can-eat buffet with salad, other warm dishes, etc. They also offer self-service buffet by kilo (weight). All tasty and well prepared options. The service was also good. Just the dish was more than enough for a decent meal. With buffet, it was too much. Sure, it is not cheap, but playable for gourmet dishes.
