I placed an order and payment last night. Until now, nothing. They no longer respond to wpp/instagram (in the middle of Friday morning/afternoon). They just disappeared.

Fiz um pedido de um produto ontem (12/02/22) as 13hrs da tarde, realizei o pagamento via pix, me informaram que o produto chegaria no mesmo dia e até agora não recebi meu produto, entro em contato com a loja e eles não respondem ( já mandei inúmeras mensagens), ligo e eles não atendem. Falta de respeito e compromisso total com o cliente. Não indico a NINGUÉM!
Bad experience with the store. I placed an order for a product yesterday (12/02/22) at 1 pm, I made the payment via pix, they informed me that the product would arrive on the same day and so far I have not received my product, I contact the store and they They don't answer (I've sent numerous messages), I call and they don't answer. Lack of respect and total commitment to the customer. I do not recommend ANYONE!
