Great bath and grooming, store with a good selection of products. But the attendants/receptionists could be more pleasant, polite and agile…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meus gatos por anos lá, mas das últimas 2x na tosa cortaram os bigodes (que ajudam os gatos na orientação) e machucaram a pele deles com a máquina. Tiveram que dar ponto!
Além disso culparam o gato. Que se movimentou.
Então basicamente eu só recomendo o pet pra gatos e cachorros estátua! Pois se os seus se movimentam saiba que estão sob risco de dar ponto….
I took my cats there for years, but the last 2 times in the grooming they cut their whiskers (which help cats with orientation) and bruised their skin with the machine. They had to stitch!
They also blamed the cat. That moved.
So basically I only recommend the pet for cats and dogs statue! Because if yours move, know that they are at risk of stitching….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom. Deram banho nos meus cães em 15 minutos, não vieram cheirosos, atendentes não carinhosos com os animais, pegavam nos meus cães de qualquer jeito. Minha cachorra que nunca reclama ficou gritando com o jeito que o rapaz segurava no pescoço dela, fiquei super chateada. Fora isso colocaram meu outro cachorro na máquina de secagem sem minha autorização, um braquicefalico pequeno de pelo curtíssimo que não gosta de ficar preso. Ele latia sem parar, quando fui olhar pelo vidro vi que era ele. O ambiente do pet estava sujo e mal apresentado. Estou muito decepcionada com a experiência. Fui cliente em 2014 e hj em 2022 parece outro lugar.
It used to be good. They bathed my dogs in 15 minutes, they didn't come smelling, attendants not affectionate with the animals, they took my dogs anyway. My dog who never complains was screaming at the way the boy held her neck, I was super upset. Other than that, they put my other dog in the drying machine without my permission, a small brachycephalic with very short hair that doesn't like to be tied up. He barked non-stop, when I went to look through the glass I saw that it was him. The pet's environment was dirty and poorly presented. I am very disappointed with the experience. I was a customer in 2014 and today in 2022 it feels like another place.
