SAC totalmente despreparado, quando é solicitado uma informação eles dizem que o responsável está em reunião ou que não está no momento, ninguém passa informações concretas. Já foram estabelecidos diversos prazos e nenhum foi cumprido de fato. Ouvidoria da caixa informa que não enviaram nenhuma documentação para analise. Não recomendo!
I bought the property in Oct / 2019 and so far we have not signed the financing with the box. SAC totally unprepared, when information is requested they say that the person in charge is in a meeting or that he is not at the moment, nobody gives concrete information. Several deadlines have already been set and none have actually been met. The Ombudsman of the box informs that they have not sent any documentation for analysis. I do not recommend!
